DCS offers a quality-controlled repair process. Once you submit your broken part, our experienced technicians can evaluate whether it is salvageable.

Internal Inspection

Our experienced technicians inspect and perform necessary repairs. If the item is beyond repair, we can either return it or recycle it for no additional charge. Shipping fees apply.

Repair, Test, & Verification

Once repaired, each product undergoes a strict internal verification process. Items are reviewed for condition, part accuracy, and functionality prior to shipment.

Ship Repaired Part

After the product has passed inspection, it is securely packaged and shipped. Most standard repairs are completed within 3-4 weeks.

Initial Internal Inspection

First, we clean and prepare the component for evaluation and perform a visual inspection for wear or damage. All custom configurations and document system settings are backed up prior to repair work.

Testing & Repair

Our experts will inspect components for deviations from recommended tolerance levels. Any faulty or poorly functioning parts are repaired and re-tested to confirm proper operation.

Quality Control Check

Custom configurations are restored. Once a final inspection for accuracy and condition is conducted, your item is prepared for shipment.

Our Warranty Review Process

At DCS Center, we understand that product issues can occasionally occur during shipping. DCS Center provides warranty coverage for eligible defects. Warranties do not cover abuse, intentional damage, or natural disasters.

If you suspect your repaired part is not working properly, you can return it to DCS Center for a thorough inspection to determine whether it is eligible for warranty coverage. DCS Center reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer a refund. Shipping costs on returned items are not covered. In some cases, we offer a core exchange, allowing you to apply product credit toward a replacement component.
